Saturday in the Park you'd think it was the 4th of July

Today is Saturday. A day to head down to the house and clean cement floor again. Thanks to my dad though I now have a better plan to get the paint off the cement!!!! Sand it off!!! Dust but with a palm sander, it shouldn't be as bad as with a big orbital one!

Not feeling the best~probably have a sinus infection which stinks because I don't have a doctor established around here yet! Oh well, guess I'll worry about that if I have to go to one. No need to worry till the time comes, and it's Saturday so no docs available!

Can't wait to get into our new house! Less than a month now but there is still plenty to do before that happens. I need to use what time I have in the evenings to pack up what can be packed up. I also need to find out how to do EBAY and get rid of some teapots and stuff! Moving is actually a time to dispose of things so really we shouldn't have much beings we have moved 14 times in 29 years of marriage!!!! 15 when we move this time!!! But needless to say~we have plenty to still move! You know all of that stuff that has been in boxes for the past 2 1/2 years you still might use someday!!! Some has been in boxes longer than that!!! Time to rid ourselves of all the extra weight!

Wish we had our kids closer, but God has them where they are and us where we are for a purpose and I have to remember that! At least they were all here for a visit last month! Wouldn't it be nice if we had the money to jet to their places on the weekend whenever we wanted. But then I'd be gone all of the time and our house would never get finished!!! OR better thought we could jet them here!!!!!
